The item then receives a tamper evident sticker or holder with a unique certification number that can be verified on the PSA website.

- Peace of mind. The signed memorabilia market has a forgery problem. Third party certification removes the guesswork.

South African collectors generally have to import signed sports cards from the UK or US, which means import duties, shipping costs, and the risk of items being damaged or lost in transit.
