ABOUT

Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer + Spyro: Year of the Dragon Bundle (Platinum) – PS1 Overview

The Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer + Spyro: Year of the Dragon Bundle packages two beloved PS1 era 3D platformers from the classic Spyro the Dragon trilogy into one second-hand purchase. Both titles are PAL Platinum editions, the budget re-release range that made these games widely available across European PlayStation libraries. Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer sends the purple dragon into the realm of Avalar to help its inhabitants against Ripto, while Spyro: Year of the Dragon expands the formula with a huge roster of playable side characters, new mini-games, and dozens of worlds to explore. Together they represent some of the most fondly remembered platforming on the original PlayStation, and this bundle is a convenient way to add both to a retro collection or replace missing copies.
