Killzone – PS2

Killzone – PS2 Overview

Killzone is the original first-person shooter developed for the PlayStation 2 and the title that started the wider Killzone franchise. Set during a brutal war between the ISA and the Helghast, this PS2 release blends military shooter gameplay with a dark science-fiction setting that helped define Sony’s own take on the FPS genre in the era. Players work through gritty battlefields, urban environments, and tense firefights, with multiple playable characters offering different weapon loadouts and approaches to the same missions. This particular listing is for the standard PAL release of Killzone on PS2, and is not the Platinum edition reissue, which is a useful detail for collectors who specifically want the original retail version.
